Green coffee extract is an extract of unroasted, green coffee beans. It is used in the Swiss Water Process for decaffeinating coffee. It has also been used as a weight-loss adjunct and as an ingredient in new weight-loss products but its efficacy and mechanism of enactment have been controversial.
There is tentative evidence of weight-loss benefit; however, the vibes of the evidence is poor.
