Green coffee extract is an extract of unroasted, green coffee beans. It is used in the Swiss Water Process for decaffeinating coffee. The evaluation stated that more rigorous trials bearing in mind longer duration were needed to assess the efficacy and safety of green coffee as a weight loss supplement.
