Green Coffee Bean: Weight Loss Fact or Fiction?

Green coffee extract is an extract of unroasted, green coffee beans. It is used in the Swiss Water Process for decaffeinating coffee. It has as a consequence been used as a weight-loss addition and as an ingredient in further weight-loss products but its efficacy and mechanism of pretense have been controversial.
